DMCA and Removal Requests
Last updated: June 28, 2026
Use this page for copyright notices, rights-related requests, non-consensual content reports, and urgent safety concerns.
Copyright notices
If you believe content accessible through Full Velvet infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent contact listed below.
Your notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material or URL, provide your contact information, include a good-faith statement, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and include your physical or electronic signature.
Non-consensual or illegal content
For non-consensual intimate material, exploitation, impersonation, doxxing, or other urgent safety issues, include the content URL, a short description of the concern, and the fastest safe way to contact you.
Full Velvet will prioritize credible safety reports, but upstream removal may also require contacting the original host or source platform.
Counter-notices
If content was removed because of a copyright claim and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction where required, and your signature.
Designated agent
Send removal requests to the operator through the published site contact channel. Include the affected Full Velvet URL, the original source URL if known, and a clear description of the issue.
Copyright notices should include the legally required statements, contact information, and signature so the request can be reviewed without unnecessary delay.
